1. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
2. This promotion is being run by Tamar Dental Lounge, 100 Tamar Street, Launceston, TAS 7250.
3. The competition is open to Tasmanian residents aged 18 and over.
4. The competition complies with the Tasmanian Gaming Control Act 1993.
5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. 
6. By entering this Competition, you fully release and hold Meta harmless from liability, and acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta.
7. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion.
8. Employees or agencies of Tamar Dental Lounge (“we”), its group companies or their family members, or related businesses including those sponsoring prizes, and anyone else connected with the Competition may not enter the Prize Draw.
9. To enter the Competition you must follow the Tamar Dental Lounge Facebook or Instagram pages, like the original competition post and share the post. Only those who have met all three (3) conditions will have an entry into this Competition.  
10. Only one entry per person per social account.
11. Tamar Dental Lounge accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
12. The closing date of the Competition is 23:59 on 31/08/2024. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
13. One (1) winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. The winner will receive a night at the award-winning Glamping Experience ‘Domescapes’ at Swinging Gate Vineyard, including a Bottle of Wine and Tasting Experience valued at $500.
15. This prize cannot be used on a Friday or Saturday night, or be used with existing Domescapes bookings. 
16. Tamar Dental Lounge accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize (including, without limitation, extra expenses incurred during the use of the prize).
17. Tamar Dental Lounge will request that the prize winner makes contact with Tamar Dental Lounge through Facebook/Instagram so their prize can be organised.
18. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
19. The winners will be announced on the Tamar Dental Lounge’s social media pages.
20. Tamar Dental Lounge accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Tamar Dental Lounge further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Competition.

Tamar Dental reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Tamar Dental Lounge in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
